Weekly sessions 4x for 2 consecutive weeks (2 per week)
- 4 hours of care 2x a week
- 1 hour massage (2x per wk = 4x)
- 3 hours of postpartum care- to include but not limited to:
- laundry, meals or meal prep, dish washing, organizing area for mom or baby, etc...
- answer any questions and concerns mom may have regarding post-partum and baby care.
- Bonus: Infant massage instruction included.
