- 4 hours of care each week
- 1 hour massage (4x -1 per wk)
- 3 hours of postpartum care- to include but not limited to:
- laundry, meals or meal prep, organizing area for mom or baby, etc...
- answer any questions and concern mom may have regarding post-partum and baby needs.
- Bonus: Infant massage instruction included.
