Customer Responsibility for Shipping:** All costs associated with the return of products, including shipping fees, are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer prepaid shipping labels or cover any return shipping expenses.
Restocking Fee:** A small restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. The fee amount will be deducted from your refund and is intended to offset handling and processing costs.
Return Process:** To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receipt of the product. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds:** Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
