What we offer
For some, pregnancy can be a difficult journey. The body grows at such a pace that it is hard to get comfortable. A massage from a certified (one who has additional training for pregnancy) prenatal massage therapist can be extremely beneficial.

Prenatal massage is a type of massage therapy specifically tailored to pregnant women. It helps to reduce stress and tension in the body, promote relaxation, reduce anxiety and depression, relieve muscle aches and pains, increase circulation, improve sleep quality, reduce swelling of the joints and limbs, release endorphins for pain relief, help prevent premature labor and birth complications. Additionally it can help prepare the body for labor by relieving tight muscles in the hips, pelvis and back.
Postpartum massage is a type of massage therapy that is specifically designed for new mothers who have recently given birth. It helps to alleviate physical discomforts, such as soreness and tension in the muscles, while also promoting relaxation and stress relief. Additionally, postpartum massage can help to improve circulation, reduce swelling and inflammation, and aid in the healing process after childbirth. Overall, it provides numerous benefits for both the body and mind during this important time of transition into motherhood. The body goes through so much during birth and you use so many muscles that massage can help healing and that's why we created the massage packages to receive multiple massages in a month which is more beneficial.
A labor doula is someone who provides physical, emotional and informational support to a pregnant woman during her pregnancy and labor. They can give suggestions about birthing options and be there for any physical or emotional needs that may arise. The benefits of using a doula can include having more confidence in one's parenting abilities, feeling more prepared for labor and delivery, and having a better understanding of how to care for newborns.
The doula does not preform any medical procedures.
