About Me...

Walk with me down memory lane for a moment.

I was 16 years old, and I was sitting on my front steps, with my neighbor. She was braiding my hair when she suddenly turned to me and said...

"We should go inside soon. It's about to rain."

It looked like a clear day to me, so I turned asked her why she would say such a thing. She started explaining how ever since she had her child, the spot where she received her epidural painfully aches whenever it's about to rain.

I never forgot this moment, how uncomfortable she was. I knew that I never wanted to go through the same thing if I didn't have to.

A few years later when I was about to have my own child, I didn't know how I would do it, but I knew I had to have an unmedicated birth and I accomplished my goal.

It wasn't until several years later that I became absolutely fascinated with everything related to pregnancy and birth, options and education and my past guided me through.

It was then that I knew: I wanted to dedicate my life to helping other people achieve the births they desire, whether that be an unmedicated birth or simply making their own educated choices.

Nice to meet you!

I am a New York native, but I moved to Georgia with my family in 2005. Ever since I have been fully dedicated to serving prenatal and postpartum families.

I am a birth doula, prenatal/postpartum massage therapist, childbirth educator, and postpartum care specialist. I serve expecting families in Roswell, Kennesaw, Woodstock/Holly Springs, Acworth/Dallas, and more areas North of Atlanta.

If I weren't a doula or childbirth educator, my dream job would probably be dancing in music videos. I have a deep passion for music and dancing, ( so I include that in my classes and births if applicable) especially that from the '90s era.

I'm dedicated to helping my clients achieve the birth of their dreams using calming comfort measures and evidence-based practices.

What I do...

In the last 20 years, I have since gone on to become a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, Evidence-Based Birth® Instructor, Cappa Certified Doula, and a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in prenatal, postpartum, and infant massage. I also recently became certified in lymphatic massage to continue to help my clients after any method of birth, including surgery.

I have created two incredible services, one called "Postpartum Tuck Ins" to help postpartum moms transition from hospital to home. The other is the "Massaging Doula Experience" which helps expecting families through labor and birth in a home or hospital with a combination of massage and comfort measures.

From education, prenatal care, labor, and postpartum, I can help you achieve success!

My focus is on women's health with a specialization in pregnancy and postpartum care!

I now have a doula partner!!!!!!

Dr.Brittney Christian and I have teamed up and created

She decided late in her undergrad career that she would attend chiropractic school, and it was there that she fell in love with a holistic lifestyle and all things natural. Working with pregnant mama’s and their little ones is a true passion for Brittney and it’s what puts a smile on her face every single day. In addition to that she also is a trained childbirth educator and placenta encapsulation specialist. It is her goal to empower, support, and educate families in this amazing journey.
